Our Anti-Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA) mouse monoclonal primary antibody from Antibodies Incorporated is produced in-house from hybridoma clone EMA 201. It detects human Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA), and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB, ELISA.

Western blotting of MCF7 cell lysate using 1 ug/mL and 5 ug/mL mouse monoclonal anti-Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA) antibody (MM-1001). MM-1001 mouse anti-Epithelial Membrane Antigen antibody recognizes endogenous EMA in the range of 260-400 kDa.

Immunofluorescent staining of MCF7 cells 5 ug/mL mouse monoclonal anti-Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA) antibody (MM-1001) (green). The cells were mounted with Antibodies Incorporated Fluoroshield with DAPI mounting medium (Cat#AR-6501). DAPI nuclear stain (blue) shows cell nuclei. Anti-EMA stains the membrane of MCF7 cells.
