Product Details
TRAK2
Trafficking kinesin-binding protein 2 or O-Linked N-Acetylglucosamine Transferase Interacting Protein 98 is encoded by the gene TRAK2. TRAK2 is involved in mitochondrial motility and regulation of endosome-to-lysosome trafficking and preferentially binds dynein. TRAK2 is widely expressed in tissues. Diseases associated with this gene include Juvenile Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease.
