We have been safely storing irreplaceable biological specimens for over 40 years. Critical biological specimens such as preclinical and clinical samples, cell lines, and tissue samples are irreplaceable. Consequently, maintaining the integrity of these samples and ensuring their safe long-term storage is an issue of paramount importance.

ISO-13485 certified, FDA-registered facilities

At Antibodies Incorporated we have worked with clients for over 40 years, developing critical biological reagents and ensuring their safe and secure storage. We are an ISO 13485-certified, FDA-registered facility and operate in compliance with cGMP regulations.

Multiple temperature options

Our facility offers long-term storage of biological specimens at multiple temperatures: 4°C, -20°C, -80°C, and <-150°C (liquid nitrogen storage).  

Multi-layered SOPs to ensure quality

The integrity of all stored materials is ensured at multiple levels through:

  • strict adherence to SOPs governing sample handling and monitoring of storage units;
  • 24/7 live monitoring of each storage unit’s temperature. Should the temperature fall outside of acceptable limits our team members are immediately notified and address the issue;
  • daily audit of all storage units is performed by our team to ensure that a 'live' check of each unit’s temperature is verified and recorded; and
  • all storage units are on back-up generators in the event of a local power outage. Our generators have the capability to maintain samples at the appropriate temperature indefinitely should a power outage occur.

Secure access to storage information in real-time

When storing your samples with Antibodies Incorporated, you will have anytime access to our secure, online "Biospecimen Portal," giving you a live view of the location of your specimens in our inventory and a complete audit trail associated with each sample (shipping of samples, transfer to a different storage unit, etc.).
