Anti-DYKDDDDK Epitope Tag/FLAG Antibody
Our Anti-DYKDDDDK Epitope Tag/FLAG Antibody chicken polyclonal primary antibody from Aves Labs is produced in-house. It detects DYKDDDDK Epitope Tag/FLAG Antibody, and is affinity-purified IgY. It is great for use in ELISA, IHC, ICC, IP, WB.
Western blot. Right Lane -- Cultured HEK cells were transfected with a plasmid containing the RDF1 cDNA fused with a FLAG epitope tag at its C-terminus. Left Lane -- Cultured HEK cells with an empty plasmid vector. 25 μg of protein loaded in each lane.
