Anti-GFAP (N206A/8) Chicken Chimeric mAb (N206A/8)

Our chicken Anti-GFAP recombinant monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody derived from NeuroMab clone N206A/8. It is KO validated, detects drosophila, guinea pig, human, mouse, polar bear, and rat GFAP, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is great for use in ICC, IHC, WB.

Western blotting of rat brain homogenate with Antibodies Incorporated anti-GFAP mouse mAb (Cat No. 75-240) and Aves Labs anti-GFAP recombinant chicken Mab (Cat No. 78-240) antibodies (10 µg/ml). The mouse mAb and chicken mAb were detected with anti-mouse-HRP and anti-chicken-HRP, respectively. Recombinant chicken anti-GFAP mAb recognizes endogenous GFAP with similar sensitivity as the anti-GFAP NeuroMab in the rat brain homogenate at ~50 kDa.
