Anti-Kv6.1 K+ Channel Antibody (N474/27)
Our Anti-Kv6.1 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N474/27. It detects mouse Kv6.1, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC.

Product Details
Kv6.1
Potassium voltage-gated channel modifier subfamily G member 1 is encoded by the gene KCNG1. KCNG1 is a member of the potassium channel family, G (TC 1.A.1.2) subfamily, Kv6.1/KCNG1 sub-subfamily. KCNG1 is a potassium channel subunit that does not form functional channels by itself. It can form functional heterotetrameric channels with KCNB1. KCNG1 modulates the delayed rectifier voltage-gated potassium channel activation and deactivation rates of KCNB1. KCNG1 is expressed in skeletal muscle. Diseases associated with KCNG1 include Colon Small Cell Carcinoma and Fragile X Syndrome.
