Our Anti-NSD3 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N348/82. It detects human, mouse, and rat NSD3, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC.
Nuclear Receptor Binding SET Domain Protein 3 is encoded by the gene NSD3. NSD3 is a member of the class V-like SAM-binding methyltransferase superfamily, histone/lysine methlytransferase family, SET2 subfamily. NSD3 methylates histone H3 at lysine residues 4 and 27, which represses gene expression. NSD3 is expressed in the brain, heart, skeletal muscle, liver, and lungs. Diseases associated with NSD3 include Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome and Nut Midline Carcinoma.
