Product Details
Monodisperse magnetite (Fe₃O₄) cores (25 ± 2 nm diameter, < 10 % SD) are sequentially coated with an oleic acid layer, an amphiphilic polymer, and an amino-dextran corona (MW 10 kDa), yielding stable dispersions in PBS with 0.1 % Tween-20. These nanoparticles exhibit a hydrodynamic diameter of ~60-70 nm (Z-average intensity), PDI <0.15 and a +10 mV zeta potential. Rigorously characterized by SAXS, TEM, and DLS to ensure high uniformity and batch-to-batch consistency, they are ideal for biomedical research, surface functionalization, targeted delivery, cell labeling/tracking and imaging applications.
