Anti-Kv9.1 K+ Channel Antibody (N461/19)
Our Anti-Kv9.1 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N461/19. It detects mouse and rat Kv9.1, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in ICC, WB.

Product Details
Kv9.1
Potassium voltage-gated channel modifier subfamily S member 1 is encoded by the gene KCNS1. KCNS1 is a member of the potassium channel family, S (TC 1.A.1.2) subfamily, Kv9.1/KCNS1 sub-subfamily. KCNS1 is a potassium channel subunit that does not form functional channels by itself. It can form heterotetrameric channels with KCNB1 and KCNB2. KCNS1 modulates the delayed rectifier voltage-gated potassium channel activation and deactivation rates of KCNB1 and KCNB2. KCNS1 is expressed in the brain. Diseases associated with KCNS1 include epileptic encephalopathy, early infantile, 7.
