Product Details
LRRK1
Leucine Rich Repeat Kinase 1 is encoded by the gene LRRK1. LRRK1 is a member of the protein kinase superfamily, TKL Ser/Thr protein kinase family, ROCO subfamily. LRRK1 is a multi-domain protein that is a leucine-rich repeat kinase and a GDP/GTP binding protein. LRRK1 is thought to play a role in the regulation of bone mass. LRRK1 is overexpressed in lymph node and uterus. Diseases associated with LRRK1 include Osteosclerotic Metaphyseal Dysplasia and Parkinson Disease 3, Autosomal Dominant.
