Product Details
Monodisperse magnetite (Fe₃O₄) cores (25 ± 2 nm diameter, < 10 % SD) are sequentially coated with an oleic acid layer, an amphiphilic polymer, and a methoxypolyethylene glycol (mPEG, MW 20 kDa) corona, yielding stable aqueous dispersions in HEPES, PBS, and H₂O across pH 4–10. These nanoparticles exhibit a hydrodynamic diameter of ~80-90 nm (Z-average intensity), PDI <0.1 with near-neutral zeta potential. Rigorously characterized by SAXS, TEM, and DLS to ensure high uniformity and batch-to-batch consistency, they are ideal for biomedical research and in vivo imaging applications that require long blood circulation time.
