Immunoblot against adult rat brain membrane (RBM) or low- speed pellet (RBLSP) fractions denatured at 95oC for 5 min or 37oC for 15 min and probed with N253/32 (left) and K58/35 (right) TC supe.
Notch Receptor 1 is encoded by the gene NOTCH1. NOTCH1 is a member of the NOTCH family. NOTCH1 is involved in processes related to cell fate specification, differentiation, proliferation, and survival. NOTCH1 is highly expressed in the brain, lungs, and thymus. Diseases associated with NOTCH1 include Aortic Valve Disease 1 and Adams-Oliver Syndrome 5.
