Our Anti-TrpC7 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N64A/36. It detects human, mouse, and rat TrpC7, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, IP, WB.

Short transient receptor potential channel 7 or TrpC7 is encoded by the TRPC7. TrpC7 belongs to the transient receptor family, a group of membrane bound ion channels that have a relatively non-selective permeability to cations, including sodium, calcium and magnesium. TrpC7 is expressed in heart, lung, eye, and pituitary gland.
