Anti-VaChT Antibody (N6/38)
Our Anti-VAChT mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N6/38. It detects electric ray, human, mouse and rat VAChT, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC.
Coronal sections of rat cerebellum, stained with human patient autoantibodies (I, red) and anti-VAChT (J, green, Cat no 75-020, 1:300). Colocalization was not observed when mixing the anti-VAChT with the autoantibodies (merge K, red labeling + green labeling), In addition, autoantibody labeling was identified with Cy3 red labeling, while the antibodies were identified with Alexa488 green labeling.
