Anti-TMEM119 (L128/43) Recombinant Chicken Chimeric mAb (L128/43)

Our chicken Anti-TMEM119, OBIF recombinant monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody derived from NeuroMab clone L128/43. It detects mouse TMEM119, OBIF, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is great for use in ICC, IHC, WB.

Western blotting of mock transfected and TMEM119-FLAG transfected COS-7 lysates with Aves Labs anti-TMEM119 recombinant chicken mAb (Cat No. 78-512) antibody (10 µg/mL) and detected with anti-chicken-HRP. Aves Labs recombinant chicken anti-TMEM119 mAb recognizes exogenous TMEM119 only in TMEM119-FLAG transfected COS-7 lysates at ~40 kDa.
