Anti-Calretinin (L122/6) Recombinant Chicken Chimeric mAb (L122/6)

Our chicken Anti-Calretinin recombinant monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody derived from NeuroMab clone L122/6. It detects human, mouse, and rat Calretinin, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is great for use in ICC, IHC, WB.

Representative section of formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded rat brain cerebral cortex showing staining cells by anti-Calretinin antibody. The sections were stained with Aves Labs anti-Calretinin recombinant chicken monoclonal antibody (visualized in green, Cat No. 78-488) at 1:100 dilution. Western blotting of rat whole brain homogenate with Antibodies Incorporated anti-Calretinin mouse mAb (Cat No. 75-488) and Aves Labs anti-Calretinin recombinant chicken mAb (Cat No. 78-488) antibodies (10 µg/ml). The mouse mAb and chicken mAb were detected with anti-mouse-HRP and anti-chicken-HRP, respectively. Aves Labs recombinant chicken anti-Calretinin mAb recognizes endogenous Calretinin with similar sensitivity as the anti-Calretinin NeuroMab in the rat whole brain homogenate at ~30 kDa.
