Anti-Parvalbumin (L114/81) Recombinant Chicken Chimeric mAb (L114/81)

Our chicken Anti-Parvalbumin recombinant monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody derived from NeuroMab clone L114/81. It detects mouse and rat Parvalbumin, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is great for use in AT, ICC, IHC, WB.

Western blotting of rat whole brain homogenate with Aves Labs anti-Parvalbumin recombinant chicken mAb (Cat No. 78-479) antibody (10 µg/ml) and detected with anti-chicken-HRP. Aves Labs recombinant chicken anti-Parvalbumin mAb recognizes endogenous Parvalbumin in the rat whole brain homogenate at ~12 kDa.
