B7-H2, also known as CD275, is a member of the B7 peripheral membrane protein family found on activated antigen presenting cells and T-cells. Mouse B7-H2 is expressed by antigen presenting cells, including B cells, monocytes/macrophages, and dendritic cells. It binds to the ICOS molecule. The interaction of ICOS/B7-H2 plays an important role in the T cell costimulation pathway.
