Our Anti-NCKX4 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N414/25. It is KO validated, detects human and rat NCKX4, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in IHC, ICC, WB.

Sodium/potassium/calcium exchanger 4, Na(+)/K(+)/Ca(2+)-Exchange Protein 4 or NCKX4 is encoded by the gene SLC24A4. NCKX4 is a member of the potassium-dependent sodium/calcium exchanger protein family. NCKX4 is thought to play roles in olfactory function and in tooth enamel formation. It is expressed in the aorta, lung, thymus and brain, particularly enriched in neurons. Diseases associated with SLC24A4 include cause amelogenesis imperfecta.
