Anti-Histone H3-Acetyl-Lys56 Antibody (N307/12)
Our Anti-Histone H3-acetyl-Lys56 mouse monoclonal primary antibody from NeuroMab is produced in-house from hybridoma clone N307/12. It detects human, mouse, and rat Histone H3-acetyl-Lys56, and is purified by Protein A chromatography. It is great for use in CI, DB.

Product Details
Histone H3-acetyl-Lys56
This antibody recognizes a modified Histone H3.1 (which is also known by many other names and is recognized by the accession number P68431 and is encoded by the gene H3C1 (which is also known by many other names). Histones organize DNA into nucleosomes and are the main structural component of chromatin. Reacts preferentially with Histone H3 acetylatedLys56 than with unacetylated-Lys56 or with other H3 acetylated-Lys epitopes (Lys4, Lys9, Lys14, Lys18, Lys23, Lys27, Lys36 and Lys64).
