Product Details
SAPAP3
Disks large-associated protein 3,SAP90/PSD-95-Associated Protein 3 or SAPAP3 is encoded by the gene DLGAP3 and is a member of the SAPAP or DLGAP family of proteins. SAPAP3 acts as a scaffold protein and is involved with glutamate receptor signaling. SAPAP3 is highly expressed in the central and peripheral nervous system. Within the cell, SAPAP3 is found at the postsynaptic density. Diseases associated with DLGAP3 include Trichotillomania and Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
